Earthquakes, wildfires, mudslides and other disasters don’t discriminate between the housed and unhoused. All Los Angeles County residents deserve to be safe during an emergency. The County’s Office of Emergency Management (OEM) has partnered with first responders and community partners to ensure that countywide preparedness and emergency planning include people experiencing homelessness (PEH).
